1. Information We Collect (AI & Voice Data)

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

In addition to standard contact information (name, email, phone number), Innovative Mojo collects specific data related to your interactions with our automated systems:

Audio Recordings: We record and store audio from calls made to or from our AI voice agents for quality assurance and compliance.

Transcripts: We convert voice conversations into text transcripts.

Interaction Data: We log metadata about your interactions (time of call, duration, sentiment analysis, and response history).

Device Information: When you visit our website, we may collect IP address, browser type, and operating system information.

2. How We Use Your Information (AI Training)

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service (including monitoring its usage).

To manage your account and your requests.

For the performance of a contract.

To contact you and process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.

To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services, and events.

Train our AI Models: We may use anonymized transcripts and interaction logs to train and improve the accuracy of our Artificial Intelligence algorithms. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is removed from data sets used for general model training.

For other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.

3. Sharing of Information (Strict SMS Compliance)

We take your privacy seriously. The following provision applies specifically to your mobile phone number and SMS consent data:

No Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Note: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) solely for the purpose of executing the service (e.g., OpenAI for language processing, Twilio for telephony), provided they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Your Rights & AI Opt-Out

Access & Deletion: You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data, including call recordings and chat transcripts, by contacting support@innovativemojo.com.

Revoking Consent: You may opt out of SMS marketing by replying "STOP" to any message. You may request to be placed on our internal "Do Not Call" list to stop receiving AI calls.

5. Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and store certain information. The technologies we use may include: Cookies or Browser Cookies, Flash Cookies, and Web Beacons.

6. Retention and Security of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

8. SMS Communication Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
